obviously it's satire, but it's a sad read when you think that many churches have bought this very type of marketing advice hook, line, and sinker.

Yeah, you're right, Guy. It reminded me of not only marketing advice, but also of some of the themes of books like "UnChristian" and "They Like Jesus, But Not the Church" (or whatever those books are titled). Maybe someone should write a book called "It's Okay to be a Christian Even If You're Not the Most Popular Person in the World."
